Trademark SupportWare can be applied to use only by SupportWare, its affiliates or wherever applicable.
Without any Plan Order, services will only be made available once its respective payment has been made for, as per the requirements of associated Plan Order. SupportWare does not take responsibility of rendering services under any given plan if the associated payment for the same has not been made by the user.
You are required to understand that different plans have different payment structure associated with them. Service, Activation, Annual/Monthly Subscription, are some of the featured payment plans associated with services rendered by SupportWare. All payments related to the Annual Subscription plan are supposed to be made before the commencement of the respective service subscription cycle.
In case of failure at providing any solution at all within the subscription duration, SupportWare is accountable to issue a complete refund of your payments made for any plan subscribed. If one or more issues have been resolved by SupportWare Technician working on your issue, no refund will be made. Nevertheless, in no case, shall a user/consumer of SupportWare services demand for a refund post 30 days of plan purchase.
Regardless of this, SupportWare is authorized (at its sole discernment) to agree refunding a portion of subscription charges after deduction of customer service charges in exclusive cases. The amount of refund is directly repaid to the registered credit card or source of payment registered with SupportWare, used for the payment of the respective subscription plan. SupportWare shall transfer the refund amount to a different account subject to submission of supporting documents/details asked for by SupportWare.
