It is common that users see distracted when they miss something, especially an important thing. Confusions on the emails that don\u2019t appear in the inbox are going on, some complaints they can\u2019t find the chats etc.<\/p>\n

Where Is My Gmail Chat Or Chat History?<\/h2>\n

If you want to go back to the earlier conversation you had with your one of the friend and the chat is not seen follow the steps below.<\/p>\n

    1. Open your account<\/li>\n
    2. Go to left side, there you will see \u2018More\u2019 drop down list<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. In the list select \u2018Chats\u2019 option. You will get all the conversations made and use the search bar on the top to find particular conversation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/ol>\n

          During chatting, if you want to let others know about your last seen, the device you use etc. Then, click on the arrow and the setting panel will be available.

          Are you confused with the tabs provided on the top? Here, this is for your information.<\/h2>\n

          Gmail provides three different tabs such as, Primary, Social and Promotions. Users can see the emails send by their contactors, friends under \u2018Primary\u2019 tab and all the notifications from various social networking that you are into from \u2018Social\u2019 tab. The Promotions tab is for the promotional emails like, the mails from the sites you have registered for employment opportunities etc. You can check the emails accordingly on these tabs so, won\u2019t get confused with all the mails.

          The categories can be even seen under the category label.

          How to Find Archived Mails of Gmail<\/h3>\n

          When the mails are selected and put to archive, your mails will be removed from \u2018Inbox\u2019. However, the emails can be found in \u2018All Mails\u2019. Where are the \u2018All Mails\u2019 folder?
          \nClick on the \u2018More\u2019 option situated in the left part.

          \nFrom the drop down list, choose \u2018All Mail\u2019 and search for the mails, you will find them here.

          \n\u201cI had marked some of the emails as important so that the accessing can be easy. Can I see it separately?\u201d<\/em>
          \nFinding for the mails marked important?<\/strong>
          \nIn-order to mark the mails as important, put a tick mark on the checkbox provided at the side of each emails. Check the important mails from the \u2018Important\u2019 folder seen in the \u2018More\u2019 drop down list.

          Where Are The Labels?
          \nGmail allows the creation of new labels accordingly.
          \nSelect the emails which you want to store in different label and go for the label tag.

          \nGive the name for the label and click on \u2018Create\u2019.

          \nAt the left side you can find the label created.

          \nOn the side of the label you can see an arrow which leads to many settings. If you need to hide or remove the label, the choices can be selected from the list.
